About two weeks ago I got the 7Artisans 18mm f/6.3 II. Up until Friday I didn’t have the chance to take it for a spin. But that changed with dinner and some playtime in the city.
I didn’t expect a €68 lens to be outstanding. After all it’s just a body cap with some glass in the middle. But because I didn’t expect much, the 7Artisans 18mm f/6.3 II turned out to be decent.
The only thing I wish it had was focusing markings between the 0.3m and infinity writing. Manually focusing through the EVF of my a6300 is challenging, even with focus peaking turned on. Anyway, the photos turned out quite alright.
