There’s really not much to say. A stock mid-2012 MacBook Pro, with a 500 GB hard drive and 4 GB of RAM. This was my first Mac.
As the years went by, I upgraded its guts – upped the RAM all the way to 16 GB, replaced the slow hard drive with a fast 240 GB Intel SSD and I removed the optical drive to add a 2 TB HDD. I even made it prettier with what I believe to be the coolest decal one could get for a MacBook with an illuminated logo.
Still works.
